With over 35 years of experience, not only is Paul a professional Master Baker but he is also a qualified flour miller. His extensive career has spanned craft baking, research & development and Technical management.
He’s appeared on various news segments advocating either a passion for REAL bread or for expert advice. He was also advisor for the first series of the Great British Bake Off and appeared on ITV’s Britain’s Best Bakery.
Besides hosting the baking classes at Cinnamon Square, where he shares his knowledge and passion for his craft, he can also provide his expertise to assist other organisations:
Product development – Innovation is something Paul is passionate about. Winning the BIA Bakery Innovation Award twice is a true accolade to him. Guest Speaker - over the years Paul has been asked to speak at a number of key events including the annual awards event for the Scottish Master Bakers, British Society of Baking Conference and local community groups such as the WI and the Horticultural Society.
He is a regular guest of BBC Radio Three Counties. He contributes to Nick Coffer’s Weekend Kitchen and is often called upon for his opinion on food related issues.
