Croissant, Danish & Sweet Buns Masterclass
On this hands-on class you’ll learn everything you need to know to make perfect vienoissrie and puff pastry at home every time. In the class, you will master the art of lamination, the process of folding butter into the dough, to guarantee perfect puff pastry dough. You will then learn to shape the dough into Croissants and Danishes, then to fill, top and bake these.
From your puff pastry, you will make:
- A variety of different shaped Danishes, such as Almond Bear Paws and Fruit topped Danishes.
In addition, you will make a rich sweet bun dough, from which we’ll make a tray of delicious Chelsea Buns and Iced Finger Buns.
Evening class includes refreshments, a delicious dinner, and a Cinnamon Square bun. Attendees will take home all items they have made and a recipe pack.
