On this course you will learn how to master the technique of tempering chocolate and then to discover ways to use this tempered chocolate.
We will use milk, white and plain chocolate during the course and then you make as much as you can including figurines, moulded chocolates, nutty discs, lollipops and more.
Everything you make is yours to take home.
This course is suited to those who love chocolate and naturally, there is plenty of opportunity for tasting.
The course includes coffee or tea (or a hot chocolate to get you in the mood!) on arrival.
