Patisserie Class: Sweet Pastry Tarts
Our bakery is renowned for producing the most beautiful and delicious hand-crafted patisserie, and we are delighted to share our recipes and knowledge with you on this class.
Firstly, you will learn to make the perfect sweet pastry by hand, which you will use to line a range of different sized baking cases.
From your sweet pastry, you will make:
- Tarte au Citron, filled with lemon curd.
- Tarte au Chocolat, filled with ganache.
- Fruit Tarts, filled with crème patisserie and topped with seasonal fresh fruits.
- Raspberry and Strawberry frangipanes, filled with almond frangipane and fruit.
You will make the learn to make each of the fillings for your tartlets, and different finishing techniques for these.
Evening class includes refreshments, a delicious dinner, and a Cinnamon Square bun. Attendees will take home all items they have made and a recipe pack.
