To get you in the mood for Christmas and take away the stress of making all your festive traditional bakes at home, we have set-up this Christmas Baking Masterclass just in time for this special time of year.
The course will be run by Master Baker and author of Cinnamon Square’s baking book, A Measured Approach, in his straight forward and easy to follow way of teaching.
In this exciting new course, Paul has chosen to make a selection of festive bakery treats that could be used in your family party feast. Each product will be thoroughly demonstrated by Paul, highlighting all the critical stages of the process before you produce your own.
Paul welcomes your baking questions during the day, so come prepared. Recipes and note paper will be provided.
On this Baking Day Course you will make:
Mince Pies – learn to make a rich sweet pastry, fill with our award winning mincemeat and get creative with your choice of toppings. (these will have a couple of weeks shelf life so perfect for Christmas period).
Stollen – A wonderful richly fruited sweet fermented bread encasing a marzipan rope. You will mix and shape two Stollen by hand.
Chocolate Gifts – learn how to temper chocolate and create some delicious Christmas treats that will be perfect gifts.
Everything made on the course is yours to take home.
Course includes refreshments and a light lunch.
