Ultimate Cake Making Flour (2kg)
This is the ultimate flour for making cakes at home. This cake flour has been heat treated to allow it to absorb more liquids (often referred to as high ratio flour).
Use this in replacement of plain flour in your cakes at home. It will help reduce the possibility of your cake collapsing (delicate recipes as for Victoria Sandwich) or if using fresh fruits in your batter as for banana, raspberries, carrots etc.
