Shipping

Do you ship to me?

Our Cinnamon Square buns, a range of our popular products, baking books and items from the Baker’s Shop can be despatched via a next day delivery courier to most addresses in the UK. We are unable to despatch to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and some parts of Scotland.

What days do you ship to me?

We offer delivery between Wednesday to Saturday.  You select your delivery date when placing your order. Orders must be placed by 4pm two days prior to your preferred delivery date.

How do you ship to me?

We despatch our baked goods via a national, next day delivery courier.

Is the shipping tracked?

All shipping is tracked and you will receive an email from the courier service company, confirming despatch and providing you with a unique tracking number.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact us on enquiries@cinnamonsquare.com and quote your order number. We’ll look into it right away.

My order was damaged, what should I do?

In the first instance, please take photographs of the order at the point of delivery. Typically this will include photographic evidence of the damaged box on your doorstep, or when handed to you by the courier company. In addition to the packaging, also include images of the damage to the products. Please email these to us at enquiries@cinnamonsquare.com, along with your order number and the date of arrival.

Can I change my delivery address?

We will endeavour to change this for you, however once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change a delivery address. Please contact enquiries@cinnamonsquare.com if looking to change the address prior to this point.

Vouchers

How long is my voucher valid for?

12 months for date of purchase.

How do I redeem my voucher?

The voucher can be redeemed on-line by entering the reference number in the coupon box on the checkout page.  Should you experience any issues then email enquiries@cinnamonsquare.com

General Questions

Are your products vegetarian?

Yes they are.  The only non veggie item are marshmallows which we only use on some cupcakes.

Are your cinnamon buns eggless?

Yes they are.

Can I purchase your cinnamon buns anywhere else?

We supply the following local cafes:

  • Cafe on the Common, Chorleywood
  • Kitchen Larder, Chalfont St Peter
  • Pani Coffee & Kitchen, Chipperfield

Please contact them before travelling to check availability.

Can the cinnamon buns be frozen?

Yes they freeze really well.  Wrap the box in cling film and the buns can be frozen for up to 3 months.  Defrost thoroughly at room temperature and heat in the microwave as normal.

How do I find out about allergens?

Each product on the website specifies the product allergens.  In addition, boxes of Cinnamon Buns have the details on the base of the box and celebration cakes have the details on the cake box.

Please be mindful that we do use common allergens in our bakery and we cannot guarantee that traces will not be present.

We strongly advise that those with severe food allergies should not consume our products, due to the risk of cross contamination.

What do you mean by Real Bread

This refers to bread without additives and unnecessary ingredients.  We are members of the Real Breads campaign which is an alliance for better food and farming.

Can I pre-order the bread?

As we make all our bread to order, we do have minimum order requirements for our loaves. To to find out more, drop us an email to enquiries@cinnamonsquare.com with your order requirements.

Do you deliver?

We offer a national delivery service on our Cinnamon Buns and a selection of other products.  Unfortunately we’re unable to deliver celebration cakes.

Which days are you open for collection?

Collections are between Tuesday's to Saturday's.

Do I have to pre-order?

Yes as all bakery collections are made to order.  No need to pre-order at markets and events.

 

What happens if I have to cancel my order?

The timings below show the minimum time required. This is a guide only as more complex celebration cakes, or larger orders, require longer.

Cinnamon Buns - 24 hours (collections) 48 hours (delivered items)

Celebration cakes and other fresh produce -  72 hours
