A tin to last a lifetime, with high sides to prevent your bread from overflowing.
A recipe based on 300g of flour will happily prove and bake in this tin.
As this is straight from the factory, the tin requires a good wash in soapy water before use, followed with a coating of oil inside and baking in a hot oven for an hour.
